The "Diaper DeckTM" |

When DDK decided to design a diaper changing station, we had three
factors in mind. First and foremost was safety, followed
by a space-saving design and a durable, long-lasting
construction. We believe we have accomplished all of this
and more with the Diaper DeckTM. Safety First: Equipped with a bed that drops horizontally instead of vertically, the curved bed of the Diaper DeckTM allows the baby to only roll toward the wall or the changing parent, prior to securing the nylon safety belt. A vertical drop would allow the infant to roll off either side which doubles liability. The Diaper DeckTM also features Safe StrapTM, a uniquely designed safety restraint that is equipped with a clip lock fastener, insuring release only by the parent. And the bed on the Diaper DeckTM will not drop below the 90 degree angle required for safety. This in not true of our competitor products.
Durable, Long-Lasting Construction: Constructed of high density polyethylene plastic, the Diaper Deck is impervious to odors, mold, mildew, and is easily cleaned. A pneumatic air pump is used for controlled lowering and retraction of the changing bed. Designed to withstand up to 400 lbs. of static weight, the Diaper Deck provides protection from vandalism, as well as a greater sense of safety for parents, providers and facility managers. All surfaces on the curved bed have soft rounded corners for safety as well as ease of cleaning. And the choice of stone/light grey colors allows for installation in a room of any style or decor. |

 Also, the hardware is not exposed on our unit, eliminating corrosion from cleaning solvents experienced with other products on the market, and preventing easy access to vandals, as well as creating a safer environment for the child. |

Mounting Requirements Wood screws or toggle bolts require a sound plumb, vertical wall structure in which to mount the Diaper DeckTM. Under no circumstances should the Diaper DeckTM be mounted on a wall not able to withstand minimum of 100 lbs. per sq. ft. in all directions. It must be consistent with all local, as well as national codes, ordinances, and regulations relating to such an installation. Hardware for mounting included. |

Space-Saving
Design: The Diaper DeckTM fits inside
even the smallest of rooms. When in a closed position, it
projects only 4½ inches from the wall, and only 18½
inches when opened. This unique design allows customers
to pass the changing parent while in use and even allows
the option of installation inside a restroom stall
for maximum privacy.
